The Festival is officially over … but there is still one event to come

The Vegan Festival of Britain officially ended on Saturday and we would like to thank everybody who organised or supported one of more than 60 events that have taken place over the last three weeks.

However, there is still one more festival event to come! The Brixton Summer Vegan Festival takes place on Sunday 18 June, celebrating 40 years of Animal Aid and supporting health, creativity & community co-operation. There will be great vegan street food – including alkaline, raw, & gluten free options, soul & comfort food, plenty of cakes, chocolate treats and more. And there will also be art workshops, talks and a special raffle celebrating 40 years of Animal Aid!

Entry is £1 (free for under 16s).

The venue is the Dogstar Pub, 389 Coldharbour Ln, Brixton, London SW9 8LQ, 12-7pm

N.B. The pub is open till 10.30pm with children welcome at the venue until 6pm. Brixton is the nearest tube and train station.
