Liverpool has come late to the Vegan Festival of Britain with several events announced for this last week. (These are not all listed on our events page.)
Tuesday 6 June – Liverpool Food Not Bombs will be serving up vegan food for free on Church Street from 4.30pm (at the junction with Parker St). The group will be preparing the food at Next To Nowhere social centre 96 Bold St, L1 4HY from 3pm – contact firstname.lastname@example.org if you’d like to help.
Wednesday 7 June – Vegan night at Liverpool Watersports Centre, 110 Mariners Wharf, Queens Dock, Liverpool, L3 4DG). Try a watersport, then get some tasty vegan food from the Blue Wave cafe from 6pm.
Thursday 8 June – Fresh Pop Up At YARD outdoor bar, 61 Jordan Street, L1 0BW Liverpool. 100% plant-based Caribbean food with reggae and rum cocktails, what could be better in the sunshine? (Also available every Thursday in June!)
Saturday 10th June – Food From Nowhere, the Saturday vegan cafe at Next To Nowhere – 94 Bold St, Liverpool L1, 12-5pm. All welcome. (Ring the white bell for access). Find out more on the social centre website.
